Winston Harold Delk

Winston Harold Delk, 59, of Homerville passed away Friday evening, August 29, 2025, at Hospice Satilla Hospice House in Waycross after an extended illness. He was born in Clinch County to the late Willis “Mann” Delk and Sarah Carolyn Stalvey Delk Gibbs and lived here all of his life. He was a member of Lighthouse Assembly of God.

He was preceded in death by his father, Willis “Mann” Delk.

Survivors include his mother, Carolyn Stalvey Delk Gibbs of Homerville; two children, Josh (Lexi) Delk of Homerville and Jaimie Delk (Trey Richardson) of Homerville; eight grandchildren; one sister, Lanora Rouse (Jimmy) of Homerville; two brothers, Willis Delk and Tony Delk both of Homerville; several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday afternoon, September 2, 2025 at 4 pm at Lighthouse Assembly of God with Rev. Donald Stalvey, Rev. Jerry Baldree, and Rev. Samuel David Inman officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Forest Cemetery with Rev. John Browning officiating.

The family will receive friends Tuesday afternoon from 3 pm until 4 pm at Lighthouse Assembly of God.
