Mr. Wesley Frank Hallford, Jr., 82, passed away Friday (August 27, 2021) in the Clinch Memorial Hospital, following a short illness.
Mr. Hallford was born March 11, 1939, in Bonifay, FL to the late Wesley Frank Hallford, Sr. and Ruby Mae Chitty Hallford. He was Methodist by faith and was retired from B-Way, where he loved hard work and cutting metal. He was an avid Clinch County Panther Football fan. He loved to ride around town and visit with people because he loved everyone. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean Smith Hallford who passed away on August 14, 2021 and several sisters and brothers.
Survivors are his daughter and son-in-law: Gail and Brett Blitch, Homerville; two grandchildren: Paxton Blitch Douglas and husband Lee and Chase Blitch, all of Homerville; two sisters: Shirley Swanner and Hazel Smith, both of Bonifay, FL, several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Graveside services for Mr. Hallford will be held Sunday (August 29, 2021) at 9 am o’clock in the Shiloh Church Cemetery.
