Sharon Anne Schmidt

Ms. Sharon Anne Schmidt, 58, passed away Friday, December 21, 2018, in the Memorial Satilla Hospital, Waycross, GA, following a lengthy illness.   Ms. Schmidt was born February 8, 1960, in Buffalo, NY to the late Donald Albert Schmidt, Sr. and Barbara Ann Kinmartin Schmidt. She had worked for Jimbo’s as a cook.   Survivors are one daughter: Courtney Schmidt, Waycross; one son: Justin Schmidt, Homerville; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Deborah & Kenneth Hillman, Homerville and Julie & Michael Casey, Burlington, NC; one brother: Donald Albert Schmidt, II, Homerville; three grandchildren: Selena Marie Twiss, Zackary Laca Sse; and one on the way; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.   Funeral services for Ms. Schmidt will be held Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at eleven o’clock at the Chapel of Roundtree Funeral Home.   Interment will be in the Pine Forest Cemetery.   The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 26, 2018, from 10 till 11 a.m. at the funeral home.   Sympathy maybe expressed by signing the online registry at www.roundtreefuneralhome.net.   Roundtree Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
