Sara Bush Westmoreland

Sara Bush Westmoreland, 73, of Twin City, GA died Wednesday morning, August 19, 2020, at Twin View Health & Rehab in Twin City, GA after an extended illness. She was an elementary school teacher for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Westmoreland, Sr.; one great-grandchild, Remington Justiss. Survivors include her son, Brent “Peanut” Westmoreland (Helene) of Dupont; three grandchildren, Cameron Lynn of Waycross, Morgan Hendrick of Homerville, and Logan Dukes of Pearson; one great grandchild, Braylen Justiss: special friends, Tommy and Kathy Pearson of Homerville and Ben and Elizabeth Johnston of Homerville. A graveside service will be held Friday afternoon at 4 pm at North Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the cemetery beginning at 3:30 pm.
