Sandy Marie Stewart

Mrs. Sandy Marie Gilbreth Stewart, 55, passed away, Thursday, February 18, 2021, following an automobile accident. Mrs. Stewart was born, April 2, 1965, in Homerville, GA, to the late James Gilbreth and Barbara Colburn Gilbreth and had lived in Homerville all her life. She was a manager/cashier for the Family Dollar Store and attended the Lovejoy Community Church. Survivors are her husband: Charlie Stewart, Homerville; one daughter: Cindy Stewart (Edward Herndon), Homerville; one son: Charlie Stewart (Kendra), Homerville; two sisters: Diane Sweat, Homerville and Judy Spencer (Anthony), Vina, AL; two brothers: Jim Gilbreth (Nora), Atlanta, and Ray Gilbreth (Dianne), Hazlehurst; four grandchildren: Makenzie Stewart, Rachel Stewart, Hailey Stewart and Kaylynn Steedley; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services for Mrs. Stewart will be held Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at eleven o'clock from the Place of Blessings Church of God, Argyle, GA. Interment will be in the Pine Forest Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, February 23, 2021 from 6 till 8 p.m. and at other times at her son’s home, 5590 Valdosta Highway, Homerville, GA 31634.
