Ronnell White

Ronnell White, 75, of Millwood passed away Tuesday (May 4, 2021) at his residence after a short illness. He was born in Atkinson County to the late Robert Leon White and Mary Estell Mixson White and lived in Millwood most of his life. Mr. White worked at Shoney’s Restaurant in Waycross for many years until his retirement. He attended Mt. Green Church of God of Prophecy.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by three sisters, Fernisea W. Martin, Frances Stokes, and Fedelia Rowland; three brothers, Roe Mixson, Jerry White, and Rosburn “Robbie” White.

Survivors include two brothers, Ronsea White (wife Bernice) of Homerville, Randall White (Thelma “Rickey”) of Surrency; one sister, Resa Godwin of Homerville; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A graveside service will be held Friday morning at 11 am at the White Cemetery in Axson.

The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 – 8 pm at the funeral home.
