Parker Russell Prescott

April 22, 1985 — November 19, 2019

Mr. Parker Russell Prescott, 34, formerly of Homerville, now living in Nahunta, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019, following a sudden illness.   Mr. Prescott was born April 22, 1985, in Lakeland, GA. He had worked as a self-employed mechanic and was a member of the Shiloh Church. He was preceded in death by a brother: Wilson Prescott.   Survivors are his wife: Jherri Sherrod Prescott, Hortense, GA; three sons: James Cecil “J.C.” Prescott, Jaylon Andrew Prescott, Kaleb Malachi Prescott, all of Hortense; his mother: Theresa Barnes, Homerville; his father & step-mother: Ray & Ginger Prescott, Nahunta; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Patrick & Amber Prescott, Homerville and Derick & Allison Prescott, Clayton NC; one sister-in-law, Melissa Prescott, Homerville; grand-father; Junior Barnes, Homerville and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.   Funeral services for Mr. Prescott will be held Sunday, November 24, 2019 at three o’clock at the Shiloh Church.   Interment will be in the Ramah Church Cemetery.   The family will receive friends Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019 from 2 till 4 p.m. at the funeral home.  Mr. Prescott will be carried to the church one hour prior to the services.   Sympathy maybe expressed by signing the online registry at www.roundtreefuneralhome.net.   Roundtree Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
