Linda Davis Delk

Linda Yvonne Davis Delk, 63, of Homerville passed away Wednesday (May 26, 2021) at her residence after an extended illness. She was born in Clinch County and lived here most of her life. Mrs. Delk was a member of New Vision Church of God and was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Vivian Strickland Davis; two brothers, Kenneth Davis and Johnny Davis.

Survivors include her husband, Wayne Delk of Homerville; two children, Dianna Herrin (husband Michael) of Homerville, Brian Delk (wife Holly) of Homerville; four grandchildren, Gracie Herrin, Cody Herrin, Maggie Delk, and Allie Delk; father, John L. Davis (wife Ida) of Interlachen, FL; three sisters, Penny Davis of Homerville, Bonnie Morland of Ontario, Canada, and Christina Clark of Florida; mother-in-law, Jerrie Delk of Homerville; several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held Saturday at 12 noon at New Vision Church of God. Burial will follow in Pine Forest Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday beginning at 11 am at the church.
