Kathryn Burton Hilliard

Kathryn Marie Burton Hilliard, 90, of Fargo passed away Friday morning, June 7, 2024, at South Georgia Medical Center after an extended illness. She was born to the late Jesse Olen “Joe” Burton and Marie Godwin Burton. Mrs. Hilliard lived in Fargo most of her life where she worked as a Waitress for Arti-C Brooks. She was a member of Greenwood Baptist Church in Valdosta.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Hilliard: sons, Larry and Gary Hilliard; two brothers, Edward Lee Burton and Benjamin Fred Burton.

Survivors include two nephews, Barry Burton of Jacksonville, FL and Robby Burton of Callahan, FL; one niece, Debbie Burton Crawford of Jacksonville, FL: long time care giver, Roy Abbott of Fargo.

A funeral service will be held Monday morning, June 10, 2024, at 11 am at the Roundtree Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pine Forest Cemetery.
