Floyd Pittman

Ira Floyd Pittman, 60, of Homerville passed away, June 18, 2024, at River Brook Health Care after a short illness. He was born in Homerville to the late Ira Pittman, Sr. and Ida Lilliam Holmes Pittman and lived here all of his life. Mr. Pittman always enjoyed fishing.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Annette Pittman, and a sister-in-law, Kimberly Pittman.

Survivors include one brother, Bobby Pittman of DuPont; one sister, Betty Sue Hendrick (husband Johnnie) of Homerville; several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A graveside service will be held Thursday morning, June 20, 2024, at 11 am at Shiloh Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6 until 8 pm at the funeral home.
