Debra Janette Foskey

Debra Janette Coombs Foskey, 64, of Millwood passed away Friday, February 6, 2026, at her residence after an extended illness. She was born in Homerville to the late Robert and Ebbie O’Berry Coombs and lived in Millwood for many years. Mrs. Foskey loved her family, fishing, and especially sitting on her front porch.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Diane Coombs.

Survivors include her husband, Jack Foskey, Sr., of Millwood; four daughters and sons-in-law, Miranda Miller of Millwood, Jackie Smith (Brian), Tina Johnson (Brian), and Jennie Pierce (Keith) all of St. Mary’s; two sons, William Miller of Millwood, and Jack “Bubba” Foskey, Jr., of St. Mary’s; one sister, Sandra Coombs Delk of Millwood; three brothers, Ricky Coombs of Millwood, Randy Coombs of Waycross, and Joey “Timer” Coombs of Waycross; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A graveside service will be held Monday afternoon, February 9, 2026, at 2 pm at Hargraves Chapel Cemetery in Millwood.

The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon after 4pm at her residence.
