Debbie Jean Wilson

Debbie Jean (Day) Wilson, 61, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, May 30, 2023.

She was born January 18, 1962, in Homerville to the late Rufus and Frances Day. She was the youngest of three children and loved being spoiled by her parents. Fargo was the place where she made many life long friendships. She enjoyed sharing stories of hitching a ride from Fargo to Homerville with her Granny and chatting with Johnny on the “party line” until Mrs. White would kick them off. She resided in Fargo with her family until she married and moved to Argyle where her and Johnny raised two daughters.

She loved being “Nanny” to her two grandchildren and was her happiest with them by her side.

Debbie was predeceased by her parents, Rufus and Frances Day; two brothers Benny and Charles Day, and son-in-law Brian Allen.

Survivors include John Wilson; two daughters Paige (San) King and Jennifer Allen, and two grandchildren Kaigen King and Kace King. Nieces and nephews Lyn Day, Beth Infinger, Jimmy Day, Carey Day, Velma(Fran) Day, Blaine Day

Graveside services for Ms. Wilson will be held on, Monday, June 5, 2023 at 3 p.m. in the Pine Forest Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 2:30 till 3 p.m. at the cemetery.
