Corrie Jean Poythress

Homerville, GA   Ms. Corrie Jean Poythress passed away, Saturday, August 25, 2018, in Waycross, Georgia, following an extended illness.   Ms. Poythress was born February 3, 1969, in Jacksonville, Florida, to the late David Poythress and Jerrie Prescott Poythress.  Ms. Poythress was a homemaker and a member of West Central Baptist Church.   Survivors are one sister: Thelma Gray, Atlanta, GA; three brothers: David Poythress, Atlanta, GA; Daniel Poythress and Timothy Poythress, Waycross, GA. and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.   Memorial services for Ms. Poythress will be held on Sunday, September 2, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Roundtree Funeral Home Chapel..   The family will receive friends Sunday from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m.   Sympathy maybe expressed by signing the online registry at www.roundtreefuneralhome.net.   Roundtree Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
