Bobbie Lee Sirmans

Mrs. Bobbie Lee Futch Sirmans, 84, passed away, Tuesday, May 4, 2021, in the South Georgia Medical Center, Valdosta , following a short illness. Mrs. Sirmans was born, January 29, 1937, in Homerville, GA, to the late John Alva Futch and Carrie Lee Smith Futch. She had lived here all her life, was a homemaker and attended Lighthouse Assembly of God. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Joel Arthur Sirmans, one son: John Sirmans; one daughter: Carrie A. Sirmans, great granddaughter: Carrington Joyce; one sister: Ann Bennett. Survivors are two daughters: Denese Cox and Derese Rigdon (Larry) all of DuPont; three sons: Alvin Sirmans, Lakeland, Faron Sirmans (Betty), Homerville and Jason Sirmans (Cindy), DuPont; seventeen grandchildren, thirty one great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services for Mrs. Sirmans will be held Saturday, May 8, 2021 at eleven o’clock at the Lighthouse Assembly of God. Burial will be in the Pine Forest Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, May 7, 2021 from 6 till 8 p.m. at the Roundtree Funeral Home. Sympathy maybe expressed by signing the online registry at www.roundtreefuneralhome.net.
