Ann Marie McDonald

Mrs. Ann Marie McDonald, 54, passed away Sunday, July 2, 2023, in the South Georgia Medical Center, Valdosta, following a short illness.

She was born in Homerville, August 11, 1968 and had lived here all her life. She was the daughter of the late, Emory Gunter and Elmaree Hillhouse Gunter Nelms. She was a member of the New Vision Church of God, loved western movies and doing gaming on her I-pad. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors are one son: Justin McDonald (Mary Smith), Homerville; one sister: Abby Gunter, Warner Robins; two brothers: Jesse Gunter, Lexington, KY and Joshua Gunter (Samantha), Griffin, GA; one aunt: Bonnie Kay Evans, Homerville; and several other relatives.

Funeral services for Mrs. McDonald will be held, Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at eleven o'clock at the New Vision Church of God.

Burial will be in the Pine Forest Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 4, 2023, from 6 till 8 at the funeral home.
