Alex James "Porker" Walker

Alex James “Porker” Walker, 56, of DuPont passed away Thursday May 1, 2025, at his residence after an extended illness. He was born in Sarasota, FL to the late Alex and Phyllis Carol Murray Walker and lived in Sarasota most of his life.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Johnny Kevin Walker.

Survivors include three children, Amber Sue, Katherine Isenhour, and Jarett Walker; Grandchildren, Ryleighann Parodo, Jyliann Parodo, and other grandchildren; one sister, Phyllis Walker of DuPont; nieces and nephews, Marlena and Matt Ganas, Mayleigh, Matthew, and Miles Ganas, Jonathan Smith, Jasmine McCullough, Jayden McCullough, Journee McCullough, Katie Murray, Brian Alex, Christopher, and Aiden.

Memorialization is by cremation.
