Sally Bennett Kinnon

Mrs. Sally Winona Bennett Kinnon, 82, passed away Monday, Aug. 9, 2010, in the Senior Care Center in St. Marys, GA. Mrs. Kinnon was born in Echols County to the late William M. Bennett and Annie Belle McCrae Bennett. Mrs. Kinnon had worked as a waitress and Atttended the Church of God of Prophecy. Survivors are her husband, John Allen Kinnon of St. Marys, GA; a daughters, Sarah Ann Smith and husband John of St. Marys; a sister, Myrtle Whittington of Homerville; a brother, Dempsey Bennett and wife Janice of Homerville; and three grandchildren, ten great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services for Mrs. Kinnon will be held Aug. 12 , 2010, at Twelve o’clock from the Chapel of Roundtree Funeral Home. Internment will be in the Willacoochee City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday night from 6 till 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
