Elaine Bennett Brown

Jesup, GA Mrs. Elaine Bennett Brown, 69, passed away Monday, November 27, 2017, in the Memorial Health Center, Savannah, following a short illness. Mrs. Brown was born August 20, 1948, in Homerville, GA to the late Dixon Bennett and Inez Griffis Bennett. She owner/operator of Elain’s Store in Jesup and was a member of the Anderson Drive Baptist Church. Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her husband, Kenton Lee Brown. Survivors are one son: William Cameron Brown, Jesup; one sister & brother-in-law: Linda & Jim Chisholm, Rome, GA; one brother and sister-in-law: Duane & Diane Bennett, Surrency, GA; a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. Graveside services for Mrs. Brown will be held Friday, December 1, 2017 at eleven o’clock from the Shiloh Church Cemetery.
