Cora Vince

Homerville, GA Ms. Cora Vince, 78, passed away Friday, September 11, 2017, at Clinch Healthcare following an extended illness. Ms. Vince was born August 12, 1939, in Jasper, FL to the late Eddie and Fannie Mae Hodges. She loved and cared deeply for all of her family and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Vince Sr. Survivors are four sons and three daughters in law: Robert (Margie) Vince Jr., Johnny (Jacquelin) Hodges- all of Homerville, Jerome Hodges-DuPont, GA, Timothy Hodges-Valdosta, GA; five sisters: Fannie Baker, Jeanette Hardee, Diane Hodges- all of Valdosta, GA, Willie Mae Hodges-White Spings, FL, Niece Lamon-Barwick, GA; two brothers: Eddie Lee Hodges-New York, Mike Hodges-Hoboken, GA; a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services for Ms. Vince will be held Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Cornerstone Church. The family will receive friends Friday, September 22, 2017 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
