Jim Edward Davis

Homerville, GA Mr. Jim Edward Davis, 72, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2017, in Clinch Memorial Hospital, following an extended illness. Mr. Davis was born July 12, 1945, in Homerville, GA, to the late John Davis and Viola Smith Davis Cowart. He was preceded in death by three sisters: Leola Smith, Hazel Goss and Margaret Eubanks and one brother: Earnest Eubanks. Survivors are two brothers: John L. Davis, Palatka, FL and Albert L. “Man” Davis, Homerville, GA; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Graveside memorial services for Mr. Davis will be held Saturday, Aug. 12, 2017 at one o’clock from the Pine Forest Cemetery.
