Willis "Buck" Lavonne Davis

Homerville, GA Mr. Willis Lavonne “Buck” Davis, 55, passed away, Monday, Aug. 15, 2016, in the Clinch Memorial Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, following an extended illness. Mr. Davis was born May 10, 1961, in Atkinson County, Georgia to the late Willis Davis and Mattie Hutchinson Davis. He worked for Jacuzzi Luxury Bath, attended the Life Lion Ministries and was a member of the Clinch County Saddle Club. He was preceded in death by one son: Michael Lavonne Davis; three sisters: Rudene Davis Kidd, Wilma Davis Christian and Shirley Davis White. Survivors are his wife: Kim Hendricks Davis, Homerville; one daughter and son-in-law: Kimberly Winn & Andrew Frank, Stockton; one granddaughter; DeliaWinn Bexley Frank, Stockton; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services for Mr. Davis will be held Thursday, Aug. 18, 2016, at eleven a.m. at the Shiloh Church. Interment will be in the Shiloh Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2016, from 6 to 8 at the Shiloh Church. Condolences to the family may be conveyed at the online registry at www.roundtreefuneralhome.net.
