Stella Catherine Carroll

Stella Carroll, 96, of Pensacola, FL, went to be with the Lord Friday, May 29, 2009, surronded by her daughters, Jan & Sue. She was a native of Homerville, GA but has been a resident of Pensacola since 1978. She was of the Baptist Faith. Stella was preceded in death by her husband, Lt. Col. Edward Britton Carroll, U.S. Ary, Ret., and her first born daughter, Peggy Ann. Survivors include her two daughters and sons-in-law, Jan & John Harnish and Sue & Earl D. Loveless, two grandchildren, Jason Loveless and Jennifer Ann Young; a very special great granddaughter, Calla; one sister, Chariy Stalvey, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services for Mrs. Carroll will be held Sunday, May 31, 2009 at two o'clock in the Chapel of Roundtree Funeral Home. Interment will be in the North Cemetery.
