Tonya Anne Smith

Homerville, GA Mrs. Tonya Anne Currier Smith, 48, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2013 at the Clinch Memorial Hospital, following an extended illness. Mrs. Smith was born Aug. 10, 1965 in Clinch County, GA to John Anthony Currier and the late Patty Anne Meada Currier and lived in Clinch County all of her life. She was a homemaker, and member of the Unity Christian Church, she was preceded in death by one sister, Tori Currier. Survivors other than her father, are her husband, Henry Bert Smith; one daughter and son-in-law: Tia & Terrence George; two sons: Tyler Smith and Tyron Smith; two grandchildren: Annalee George and Avery George, all of Homerville; one sister and brother-in-law: Tara & Danny Singletary, Valdosta; one niece, Lexi Lawson, two nephews, Shade Lawson and Christopher Lawson, all of Valdosta and several other relatives. Funeral services for Mrs. Smith will be held Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013 at eleven o’clock from the Unity Christian Church. Interment will be in the Shiloh Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, Aug. 16, 2013 from 6 til 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Sympathy maybe expressed by signing the online registry at www.roundtreefuneralhome.net.
