Homerville, GA Mr. John Thomas Pate, Jr., 66, passed away Friday, Oct. 19, 2012, in the Clinch Memorial Hospital. Mr. Pate was born Aug. 7, 1946, to the late John Thomas Pate, Sr. and Inez Pate. He was a maintenance worker. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nita King Pate and step-daughter, Teresa Cox. Survivors are one son: Tommy Pate, Thomaston, GA, four step-daughters: Lisa Smith and Tabitha Propes, both of Waycross, Melissa Tew and Samantha Rittenhouse, both of Homerville, GA, and several other relatives. Memorilization was by cremation. Sympathy maybe expressed by signing the online registry at www.roundtreefuneralhome.net. Roundtree Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements
