Florence Mae Jordan

Nicholls, GA Mrs. Florence Mae Linton Jordan, 74, passed away Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, at her residence. Mrs. Jordan was born Mar. 14, 1938, in Plant City, FL, to the late J. C. Linton and Katherine Ogden Linton. She attended the Nicholls Baptist Church, had worked for Concerted Services as a social worker and was a substitute teacher for the Coffee County School System. Survivors are her husband: L. A. “Tony” Jordan, Nicholls, GA; two daughters: Lou Anna Jordan-Coleman (husband Dean), Nicholls and LaGaye Jordan Carver (husband Ricky), Alma; one son: Butch Jordan, Plant City, FL; one granddaughter: Savanna Thompson, Alma; one sister: Alberta Fuller, Newberry, FL; two brothers: Ernest Linton, Lakeland, FL and Billy Linton, Plant City, FL; and several other relatives.
