Sharon Martin Baumbach

Homerville, GA Mrs. Sharon Martin Baumbach, 53, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2012, in the South Georgia Medical Center, Valdosta, GA, following a short illness. Mrs. Baumbach was born Sept. 10, 1958, in Waycross, GA to the late Charles Martin & Juanita King Martin. She worked as a retail clerk in area convenience stores. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Jennifer Yvonne Burgeson. Survivors are her husband: Rick Baumbach, Homerville; three sons: Jason Eric Burgeson, Waycross, Justin Edward Burgeson, Waynesville and Jarred Earnest Burgeston, Blackshear; three sisters: Lynn Martin, Howard, GA, Charlotte Burgeson, Murfreesboro, TN and Charita Martin, Pensacola, FL; three brothers: Chuck Martin, Butler, GA, Eddie Martin, Tunnel Hill, GA and Jimmy Martin, Talbotton, GA; three grandchildren, and several other relatives. A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Baumbach will be held Friday, July 13, 2012, at four o’clock at 815 West Forest Ave., Homerville, GA. Family asked that everyone come dressed very casual and comfortable as this will be an outside celebration. Memorilization will be by cremation. Roundtree Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
