Curtis Stevens

Homerville, GA Mr. Curtis Stevens, 81, passed away, Friday, Dec. 9, 2011, at his daughter’s residence in Brunswick, GA. Mr. Stevens was born April 14, 1930 in Americus, GA, to the late Willie Lee Stevens and Ludie Swinney Walker. He was retired from Johnny Smith Construction Company. He was the widower of Mattie Williams Stevens. Survivors are two daughters: Debra Trim, Homerville and Mary Winfield, Brunswick; four sons: Curtis Smith, Wichita, KS, Larry Stevens, Homerville, Jackie Stevens, DuPont and Tony Stevens, Homerville; one sister: Emma Edwards, Bridgeton, NJ; sixteen grandchildren, forty great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and several other relatives. Graveside services for Mr. Stevens will be held Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011 at eleven o’clock in the Pine Forest Cemetery. Roundtree Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
