John Robert Boyles

Homerville, GA Mr. John Robert Boyles, 63, passed away Monday, July 18, 2011 at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta, GA. Mr. Boyles was born February 3, 1948, in Bacon County. He was the son to the late James Boyles and Nicie Griffin Boyles,. He retired from Bway after thirty years, and a member of the DuPont Full Gospel Mission Church where he played the piano. Survivors are his wife: Joan Deese Boyles of Homerville, Daughter and son–in-law KJO and Henry Welch, and son Allen Peeples of Homerville, GA; five grandchildren Brooklyn Welch, Wyatt Welch, Kendall Welch, Heather Peeples, and Hannah Peeples. Two sisters Sharon Ellis of Homerville, Tommarie Powell of Fernandina Beach Fl . One brother and sister- in -law JW and Janelle Boyles of Homerville .Three brother and sister- in –laws Jerry and Rubby Dale Deese of Homerville, Stanley and Sheila Pittman of Waycross, Doral and Martha Hainley of Naylor .He had eleven nieces and nephews: CJ Zipper, Vickie Hill, Glynn Pittman, Jamie Pittman, Abby Pittman Sweat, Joe Sherrod, Jerome Sherrod, Cindy Welch, Ginger Arnold, Johnny Lavon Deese, and the late Rev. Johnny Westmoreland. Services for Mr. Boyles will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday morning July 20, 2011 from the DuPont Full Gospel Mission Church. Internment will be in North Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, Jul. 19, 2011 from 6 until 8 p.m. at Roundtree Funeral Home. Sympathy maybe expressed by signing the online registry at www.roundtreefuneralhome.net.
