Eugene Talmage Lee

Tifton, GA Mr. Eugene Talmage Lee, 82, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2011 at his daughters residence in Tifton, GA following an extended illness. Mr. Lee was born April 22, 1928, in Waycross, GA, to the late John Jackson Lee and Lottie James Lee, but he lived in Clinch County for most of his life. He was retired from the Georgia Forestry Commision and he attended the Homerville Congregational Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife Lola Mae Lee; four brothers: Ethan Lee, Johnny Lee, T.M. Lee, and Dewey Lee; three sister: Lolita Morgan, Ruth Ammons, and Eva Mae Sylvester. Survivors are two daughters: Debbie Lee Usry of Tifton, GA and Gene Lee of Homerville, GA; two grandchildren Tyler Lee Thomas and Maci Melinda Crosby. Services for Mr. Lee will be 1:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon on March 13, 2011 from graveside at Pine Forest Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday, Mar. 12, 2011 from 6 until 8 p.m. at Roundtree Funeral Home. Flowers will be accepted or donations to Homerville Congregational Methodist Church.
