Leon Bonner

Mr. Leon Bonner, 87, passed away Thursday, January 6, 2011 at his home following a brief illness. Mr. Bonner was born on March 7, 1923 in Dothan Alabama. He was a retired engraver for Owen Illinois and a veteran of WWII serving in to U.S. Navy. He was preceded by longtime companion Edith Hunnicutt. Survivors are his daughters Susan Hunnicutt of Homerville, GA and Teresa Lanier of Ocilla, GA, two sons Tim Bonner of Albany GA, and Danny & Debbie Hunnicutt of Valdosta, GA, six grandchildren Jeff Hunnicutt of Homerville GA, T.J. Lanier of Ocilla GA, Cohen & Rachel Bonner of Albany GA, Daniel & Dana Hunnicutt of Lake Park , GA, April & Chad Griffin of Brooks County GA, Caclie Hunnicutt of Valdosta, GA, and five great grandchildren Savannah & Brantley of Lake Park, GA, and Login , Chastity & Ansley of Brooks County GA. and several other relatives.
