Ruth McCarthy

Mrs. Ruth Forbes McCarthy, 89, passed away Monday, Dec. 20, 2010, in the Clinch HealthCare, Homerville, following an extended illness. Mrs. McCarthy was born, Jan. 9, 1921 in Alabama, to the late Joseph B. Forbes and Nana Glisson Forbes. She was a homemaker. Survivors are two nieces, Dee Preston, Homerville and Melissa Taylor, Kite, GA and several other relatives. Memorilization was by cremation and a memorial service will be held at a latter date. Roundtree Funeral Home is serving the McCarthy Family.
